Tektronix TEK AM503/A6302/TM501 Current Probe Set

The AM503 is a plug-in modular Current Probe Amplifier (operating in all TM 500 series frames).
It allows display of current/div on any oscilloscopes with 10mV/div. sensitivity, 50 Ohm or 1MOhm input.
The amplifier attenuator is calibrated in 12 steps in 1, 2, 5- sequence.
Bandwidth can be set to 5 MHz or to "FULL" ( limited by the probe in use).
Coupling may be selected, AC or DC.
AC coupling offers a convenient means of measuring low-amplitude AC signals on a high-level DC current.
